Vacuum Impregnation Systems

Vacuum impregnation systems have significant role in sealing porous structure of any cast metal objects by applying vacuum pressure. As part of this cast metal processing method, any specific metal object is placed inside a hermetically tight vessel. Entrapped air from its pores is removed by applying vacuum pressure and later a special type of sealant is pumped into the vessel at high pressure. That metal object is treated with steps like washing and curing for effective sealing of its micro and macro pores to prevent the possibility of leakage or wastage of fluid or any type of structural failure.
